PEAK DISPOSAL RESIDENTIAL CAN RENTAL AGREEMENT  

Conditions & Restrictions:  

· DO's 

· DO place your trash in trash bags with the tops tied. 

· DO order a special container or special pickup if you 

· have a large volume of trash or construction debris disposal needs. 

· DO have your rollout container out by 7:00 AM on your collection day

   in the designated area. 

· DO have your container opening towards the street or alley. 

· DO have your rollout container placed in the curb line/parking lane area, 

  not on sidewalk or lawn. 

· DO have your rollout container a minimum of 6 feet from any parked vehicles or other obstacles. 

· DO call us with any questions or concerns you have at Peak Disposal at 307-212-6665. 

                                         IF IN DOUBT PUT IT OUT! 

   

· DON'Ts 

· DON'T put hot ashes in the container, this can cause your container to catch on fire and melt. 

· DON'T put hazardous waste in your garbage container. 

· DON'T put used propane tanks in your container. 

· DON'T put construction waste in your container. 

  Please rent an appropriate construction container for those materials. 

· DON'T leave personal items out within 10 feet of your container, 

  as they could be mistaken for garbage and picked up as extras. 

· DON'T place container near a parked vehicle, or park vehicles near containers. 

· DON'T leave your container next to a fence or under garage eaves, basketball hoops, etc.  

· DON'T leave your container out all the time.  This results in theft and illegal dumping. 

  You are responsible for your container. 

· DON'T put hazardous waste in your garbage container. 

· DON'T remove hinge pins on containers as this could cause serious bodily injury. 

· DON'T roll or move containers with the lid open as this could cause serious bodily injury. 


PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO BLOCK THE DUMPSTER AND HAVE IT READY TO BE HAULED ON THE PICK UP DAY.  


WE START PICKING UP AT 7 A.M.  

If, when we arrive to pick up the dumpster, it is unavailable and, or blocked in where it cannot be picked up, a return trip fee of $8 will be applied to the cost of service for each unsuccessful attempt. Another attempt will be made by request only.  Have your can in the designated pickup area if you are physically able to. 


 We promise to treat your property the way we would want ours to be treated and do our best not to damage any property. That said, dumpster trucks are heavy, dumpsters are heavy, and what you put in the dumpster will more than likely be heavy, so please understand that even though we take precautions not to damage property while delivering and picking up a dumpster, there is no way to guarantee that no damage will occur. Peak Disposal assumes NO LIABILITYfor property damage.  
  
You are responsible for any damage done to the dumpster (besides normal wear), or by the dumpster if proper precautions are not taken (i.e. securing dumpster/trash can from wind/weather conditions). The following is not considered normal wear: burn marks, machinery or vehicle damage, paint/graffiti, holes, large dents, pealed or scratched decals, etc. 
  
PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN OUT OF, AND AWAY FROM, THE DUMPSTER.  
Peak Disposal assumes NO LIABILITY for injuries sustained while in, on, around, or loading the dumpster.
