We’re excited to take care of your trash service. Our goal is simple: easy service, clear expectations, and no headaches.

• We start pickups at 7:00 AM, so please have your trash can out by then.
• Place your can facing the street, a few feet away from cars, fences, or other obstacles.
• If you’re unsure—put it out! It’s better to be safe than sorry.
  
  

Perfect for your regular household trash:

• Bagged household garbage
• Food waste, packaging, paper, household junk
• Small everyday items that fit in the can
  

Please bag your trash and tie the bags—it keeps things clean and keeps animals out.

Some items need special handling for safety and landfill rules:

• Batteries
• Propane tanks
• Hot ashes
• Mattresses
• Hazardous materials (chemicals, oils, paints, etc.)
• Construction or renovation debris

👉 Just call us and we’ll set up a special pickup or the right container.

• Keep the can 6 feet away from vehicles or obstacles
• Don’t block the can with snow, trailers, or parked cars
• If we can’t access it, we may need to return later (a small return trip fee applies)
  
  

• We bill quarterly: January, April, July, and October
• You’ll get your bill 30 days before it’s due plus reminders
• If something comes up, call us—we’ll work with you on a plan
  
  

We treat your property like our own, but dumpsters and trucks are heavy. While we’re careful, minor ground or surface marks can happen. You’re responsible for damage to the container beyond normal wear (fires, dents, graffiti, etc.).

• Please keep children out of and away from the container
• Don’t climb in or on the dumpster—seriously, it’s not a playground (even if it looks fun)
