Peak Disposal – Commercial Dumpster Welcome Packet
Thanks for Choosing Peak Disposal!
We appreciate the opportunity to handle your waste service. Our goal is simple: dependable service, clear expectations, and no surprises. Let’s keep things smooth from day one.
🗓️ Service Day & Access
We begin routes at 7:00 AM.
To ensure uninterrupted service:
- Keep at least 6 feet of clearance around the dumpster
- Do not block with vehicles, pallets, snow, equipment, or trailers
- Ensure gates are unlocked and access is clear
- Load must be level with the top rails — no debris above the sides
If we arrive and the dumpster is blocked, inaccessible, overloaded, or unsafe to haul, a $35 return trip fee will apply. We’ll return once the issue is corrected.
🗑️ Proper Loading Guidelines
Your dumpster is designed for regular commercial waste such as:
- Bagged trash
- Packaging materials

Please bag waste when possible to control odor, pests, and litter.
⚖️ Weight Limits

- It is unlawful for us to haul overweight containers on public roads.
- Overweight dumpsters will not be serviced until corrected and a return fee may apply.
