PEAK DISPOSAL COMMERCIAL DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT
Conditions & Restrictions:
Please keep in mind that you own the contents of the dumpster until the landfill accepts the material.
· LEVEL LOADS ONLY:Overloaded dumpsters loaded higher than the rails will not be hauled and charged a return trip fee of $35 will be applied to the cost of service. We will return when items above the maximum level have been removed. It is unlawful for us to haul loads higher than the side of the container.
· DENSE MATERIAL: shingles, concrete, brick, plaster, rock, sand, dirt, etc. Small amounts of dense materials are permitted, but keep in mind that they are very heavy and your rental includes a certain amount of disposal weight.
· DISPOSAL WEIGHT:Dumpster is not to exceed a weight of 1 tons it is unlawful for us to haul loads overweight on public roads.
· OVERWEIGHT DUMPSTERS:Dumpsters loaded heavier than 1 ton may not be picked up, and a return trip fee of $35 will be applied to the cost of service. We will return when the items causing the dumpster to be overweight have been removed.
· NO HAZARDOUS MATERIAL: You will need to contact the EPA for proper disposal.
· NO BIOMEDICAL, RADIOACTIVE, OR PCM WASTE: You will need to contact the EPA for proper disposal.
· NO LIQUID WASTE: All Liquids are prohibited from Landfills.
· NO PAINT: Paint cans and buckets cannot be placed in the dumpster, and liquid paint cannot be poured into the dumpster. Latex paint cans and buckets are accepted if completely emptied and dry. If wet paint is discovered there will be a $25 disposal fee added per gallon.
· NO FREON: Any item that contains, or has contained, Freon (A/C units, refrigerators, freezers, etc.) is not allowed in the dumpster. We are able to haul these items separately, for pricing and arrangements, please call the office.
· NO TIRES: Tires of any kind cannot be placed in the dumpster. If tires are discovered, there will be a $25 disposal fee added for each tire. We are able to haul these tires separately, for pricing and arrangements, please call the office.
· NO BATTERIES: Lead acid batteries cannot be placed in the dumpster. They can be disposed of at Pacific Steel & Recycling or any car parts store generally.
· NO HOT ASH or COAL: No hot ash, coal, or any items that were once on fire and have not had ample amount of time to full cool down and extinguish.
· CONCREATE, BRICK, or PLASTER: Are only allowed in small quantities. See DENSE MATERIAL above.
· MATTRESSES:Mattresses and box springs are NOT permitted.
· SHINGLES: Are only allowed in small quantities. See DENSE MATERIAL above.
· MIXED LOADS: You will be charged equipment/operator fees for sorting mixed loads or possible refusal at the landfill.
· OTHER UNACCEPTABLE MATERIAL:Aerosol cans, animals, asbestos, metal, metal barrels, chemical products, contaminated soil (mixed with solvents, gasoline, led paint chips etc.) fluorescent tubes, herbicides & pesticides, industrial waste, lubricating/hydraulic oil, medical waste, motor oil, oil filters, other flammable liquids, propane tanks, railroad ties, solvents, transmission oil, etc.
PLEASE REMEMBER NOT TO BLOCK THE DUMPSTER AND HAVE IT READY TO BE HAULED ON THE PICK UP DAY.
Please make sure the dumpster is ready to go, loaded to the appropriate height, no debris or materials are within 6 feet around the dumpster, and not blocked in, on the pickup day. WE START PICKING UP AT 7 A.M. If, when we arrive to pick up the dumpster, it is unavailable and, or blocked in where it cannot be picked up, you will be charged a return trip fee of $35 will be applied to the cost of service for each unsuccessful attempt. Another attempt will be made the following business day.
We will be happy place the dumpster wherever you ask us to, as long as we deem it safe. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MOVE DUMPSTER. You are responsible for all landfill fees, permits (if required) and any fine resulting from the lack of obtaining one.
We promise to treat your property the way we would want ours to be treated and do our best not to damage any property. That said, dumpster trucks are heavy, dumpsters are heavy, and what you put in the dumpster will more than likely be heavy, so please understand that even though we take precautions not to damage property while delivering and picking up a dumpster, there is no way to guarantee that no damage will occur. Peak Disposal assumes NO LIABILITY for property damage.
You are responsible for any damage done to the dumpster (besides normal wear). The following is not considered normal wear: burn marks, machinery or vehicle damage, paint/graffiti, holes, large dents, pealed or scratched decals, etc.
PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN OUT OF, AND AWAY FROM, THE DUMPSTER.
Peak Disposal assumes NO LIABILITY for injuries sustained while in, on, around, or loading the dumpster.
